Procedures:

Adhoc request requires customers to closely liaised with us and below are some details we will provide:

Price of Item in SGD (Usually we charge website_price_in_Euro x Euro_exchange_rate)

Expected Date of Delivery (Can be up to 3 months if items are limited edition or in demand)

Deposit required (Usually None and up to SGD$500 per item, if items are on the higher range in price)

Customer requests:
Other requests from the customers are provided early and mostly are related to paperbag, receipt and delivery requirement. It is flexible and can be achieve with ample time given.
